I love shopping at this store. The layout is great and it's easy to find what you are looking for. The store is also very kids friendly! The kids love to go on the weekend and get lost in the books there. There is a little stage that can lay on and get comfortable.Adults can make themselves comfortable in benches and chairs thru out the store. I really like how they section the books by the African-American authors in one place. It's right up front the 1st section that starts the books so to speak!

All I see anywhere are comments on the absolute lack of customer service. This is not just Blockbuster, but all over the place. Companies are expecting a bunch of kids to act mature. The companies need to crack down on employees not working. The kids are not willing to pull their share of duties. Unfortunately, with a store run by these kids not working, the customer is the one who pays for it in lack of customer service. When there is a problem like this occuring, does anyone ever take the extras few minutes to CALL a corporate office to complain about the lack of attention?

This store is awesome! They have everything there.
