i've had my tongue pierced, my wife's tongue pierced, my wife's nose pierced and have had quite a few of my friends go to Puncture. they have a great shop and the people there make u feel welcome. very clean, very friendly alot of variety of jewelry. i completely recommend this place anyone who's thinking about getting pierced. i'm just sad i'm in Sacramento now, so i can't go there any time soon.

I have had several tattoos inked by these guys. Two of which took over 15 hours combined. I found these guys on the net, then went in to check out their talent, styles & set up. Needless to say I will be there tomorrow for another 4-6 hour tattoo. For the record, I have no ties what so ever with this shop. This review is completely unsolicited by the shop. I am just a consumer rebutting the previous review. The artist I have opted to use at Por Vida is 'J'. He's an artist in every sense of the word.

I'd shop around before choosing King of Spades. I got my first tattoo done there and the atmosphere just seemed very amatuer. I'm fairly satisfied with my tattoo, but after the healing was done I noticed quite a lot of mistakes. The tattoo artist stated while doing the tattoo that he didn't charge for touch ups because he doesn't expect his work to be perfect the first time around. That's not something I wanted to hear coming from someone piercing my skin with an ink filled needle.
